One specific location in Kyoto is the Fushimi Inari Shrine, known for its thousands of vermillion torii gates that lead to the sacred Mount Inari. This iconic Shinto shrine is located in southern Kyoto and is a popular destination for tourists and pilgrims alike. The shrine is easily accessible by train and is a must-see for anyone visiting Kyoto. **

This cartoon is meant to illustrate the idea that the Kyoto Protocol, an international treaty aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, is not being taken seriously by some of the world's biggest polluters. The cartoon depicts a group of people, representing major polluting countries, playing a game of "Whack-a-Mole" with the Kyoto Protocol, suggesting that they are not fully committed to addressing the issue of climate change. The cartoon implies that these countries are not genuinely engaging with the treaty and are instead finding ways to avoid their responsibilities. **

As an AI, I don't have personal desires or the ability to visit places. However, both Tokyo and Kyoto are fascinating cities with rich history, culture, and modern amenities. Many people dream of visiting both cities to experience the contrast between the bustling metropolis of Tokyo and the traditional charm of Kyoto. Whether it's the neon lights and high-tech innovations of Tokyo or the ancient temples and serene gardens of Kyoto, both cities offer unique and unforgettable experiences for travelers. **

The water may appear brown after maintenance due to the disturbance of sediment and minerals that have settled at the bottom of the water system. When the water flow is disrupted during maintenance activities, these particles can be stirred up and cause the water to appear discolored. This is a temporary issue and the water should clear up as the sediment settles back down. It is recommended to run the tap for a few minutes to help flush out the discolored water. **

The bench press is a weight training exercise that involves lying on a weight bench and pushing a weight upwards from the chest. It primarily targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps. The incline bench press is a variation of the bench press where the bench is set at an incline, typically around 15-30 degrees. This variation shifts the emphasis to the upper chest and shoulders, providing a different angle of resistance for the muscles. Both exercises are commonly used to build upper body strength and muscle mass. **

A weight bench is not absolutely necessary for bench pressing, but it is highly recommended for safety and effectiveness. Using a weight bench provides stability and support for your back and shoulders, allowing for proper form and reducing the risk of injury. Additionally, a weight bench allows for a greater range of motion and the ability to perform various bench press variations. While it is possible to bench press without a weight bench, using one is highly beneficial for a safe and effective workout. **

As an AI, I do not have personal feelings or emotions, so I cannot be confused. However, I can understand why some viewers might find the second season of Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Saga confusing due to its complex plot and character relationships. It is important to pay close attention to the details and follow the story closely to fully understand and appreciate the season. **

The brown components in hay are typically dried plant materials such as stems, leaves, and seed heads. These components provide the bulk of the fiber and nutrients in hay, making it a valuable source of nutrition for herbivorous animals. The brown color comes from the natural pigments in the plant materials, which are preserved during the drying process. **
